They're a small IT function working within the Finance Team, supporting end users with their finance system problems but have the reassurance of being part of a larger IT Services Team. They're knowledgeable, work hard and are committed to providing excellent customer services to their internal stakeholders.

Where do you come in as their IT Systems Service Desk Technician?

Providing outstanding customer service will be at the forefront mind because for you, you will want everyone to be happy and feel that their query is being taken seriously and that any issues raised will be resolved in a timely manner.

Your knowledge on Finance IT Systems will be fully utilised when helping to resolve any queries colleague may have using the systems.

As you'll be working within a service desk environment, you can expect to use your confidence and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels freely.

Having exceptional attention to detail skills, you'll relish being able to run meaningful integrity reports and identify any inaccuracies and producing month end audit data.

The IT Systems Service Desk Technician be based in the heart of the city, they're ideally located with plenty of places to grab a spot of lunch or carry out a little retail therapy close by.
