Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team at a well-established company based in Evesham

Job Description

Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. You will responsible for;
  • Maintenance, administration and processing of sales, purchase, nominal and stock ledger transactions
  • Processing and reconciliation of customer receipts
  • Carrying out month end procedures on sales
  • Occasional Reconciliation of bank transactions/overseas payments/receipt posting and balancing
  • Preparation of intrastat's and EC Sales Lists
  • Administration of expenses and petty cash transactions
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Fixed assets
  • Credit control
  • US office/German office commissions
  • Administration for the savings scheme
  • Maintain accounting documents and records ensuring all files are up to date
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Managing day to day transactions

The Successful Applicant:
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role you will need:
  • Ideally AAT Qualified
  • Working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Available immediately
  • Have own transport due to location

What's on Offer?

As an Accounts Assistant you will receive;
  • A compeitive salary of up to £13.50 per hour
  • Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch break)
  • Free parking
