Our client, a leader in the world of Wealth Management seeks and Investment Administrator. Boasting a superb location in the beautiful city of Bath, you will assist the investment administration servicing team in their business critical daily responsibilities.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be key in both delivering team and individual targets within the appointed timescales and to the highest standards.

The Role

- Daily external cash reconciliations of Cheque processing and banking

- Stock reconciliations / investigation

- Distribution processing

- Liaison with third parties such as fund managers and banks

- Quality control - running health checks to ensure efficient processes

- Carry out processes/procedures to meet all FCA regulations, particularly CASS 7 & 8.

- Achieve departmental service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

The Person

A driven, proactive individual you'll possess the enthusiasm to continuously strive for excellence when delivering and improving clients and customers experience.Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, coupled with an eye for detail will ensure that as a 'Knowledge Expert', you will provide consistent application of skills and expertise.You'll need an eagerness to learn and have an innovative approach to problem solving, applying logic and foresight to decision making.All of which, will contribute to working successfully with others to build a network of strong relationships to achieve shared goals. Working knowledge of Excel is essential.

Candidates with an Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) or an equivalent industry recognised qualification would be advantageous.As would, some Financial services/Reconciliation experience or an understanding of investments/ products (including knowledge of CASS 6 and 7). A proven track record in, concern for and adherence to regulatory requirements would also be of particular interest.
