The role is Full time permanent M-F 8.30am - 5pm with a starting salary of 17500 with excellent benefits & bonus system

Role Purpose:
  • You will be responsible for making the necessary enquiries with all parties involved in the accident to enable sound decision making when progressing the claim.
  • To ensure all information on the file leads to a liability admission or at the least a positive commercial decision.
  • To explore all avenues in order to maximise the potential recovery as swiftly as possible.
  • To identify Insurer trends/processes for us to find efficiencies and become more proactive.
  • To be responsible for the Teams and therefore Business' Liability acceptance targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering all evidence required to build a liability case against the Third Party and their insurers.
  • Using knowledge and experience to make sound decisions.
  • To be assertive and persistent when discussing a liability stance with both Third Parties and Third-Party Insurers
  • Managing a high workload whilst remaining organised. Utilising our case management system to follow up and document the claim status.
  • Ensuring all notes are clear and understandable for the other areas of the business to work with.
  • Communicating with clients, the responsible party, their insurers, repairers, engineers and various other parties involved in the process.
  • Constantly monitoring and identifying ways of enhancing services, processes and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,500.00 /year
