Adecco are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police form an ICT Trainer to join their growing training team, based out of their HQ in Colwyn Bay.

The purpose of the role is to deliver system training to police staff and officers across the force.

Working in a small team, you will receive the training and support to deliver training sessions on the specialised North Wales Police systems. Courses will cover new starters, refresher sessions and specialist system training.

While knowledge of Police specific systems is not essential, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Experience in delivering IT/technical training sessions.
  • Ability to learn new in-depth processes and deliver training sessions on the subject.
  • Proven experience of working in a training delivery role including experience of training design & delivery, briefing and presentation/trainer skills.

Pay rate dependent on whether the applicant has achieved Cert.Ed, Level 4 L&D or equivalent qualification.

Role is full time, Mon-Fri and can offer the possibility of working from local police base.

Post is temporary to be reviewed March 2020 and subject to successful police background check.
