Who Are Solvo Vir?
We are an innovative training provider providing training and apprenticeships to organisations and individuals across the UK.

Whilst our ESF business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Quality Manager in the North to ensure the quality of the delivery of the ESF program through monitoring and sampling in line with the IQA strategy.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not exclusive to:

* To coordinate all EQA visits ensuring a positive outcome and promoting best practice in assessment and IQA.

* To oversee the quality assurance of the ESF provision, including:

* Standardisation meetings for all assessors and IQAs;

* Driving forwards quality improvement activities and gaining positive results.

* Working with Head of ESF and the regional trainers in the development of new programmes within the ESF function.

* Ensuring adherence to awarding bodies requirements and escalating any concerns if there is no improvement.

* Managing internal quality and providing comprehensive reporting to the Head of ESF and the Managing Director.

* To produce a SAR and QIP and monitor successes along with highlighting risks.

* Implementing and driving forward quality activities in line with the QIP and monitoring the outcome.

* To collaborate with Head of Quality to help oversee and manage quality awards and Kite marks such as Matrix.

* To achieve and maintain awarding body centre approval and direct claims status.

* Ensure IQAs are up to date with different awarding body requirements and sample IQA work.

* Ensure quality is maintained through observation of key staff in the delivery.

* To be the designated Safeguarding Officer for ESF ensuring that Safeguarding is embedded and that incidents are reported.

* To lead on Equality and Diversity for ESF.
