If you are up for the challenge then please apply to join the 'ESWR - A320 family Wing Engineering team" Task & accountabilities :About us: We are a team of 160 people, which today perform design engineering tasks across the full life cycle of the aircraft and product lifecycle, We # Design of the next A320 family variant # Develop the Series aircraft including major initiatives of design for cost and rate # Support the in service fleet # Re Engineer the A320 family to allow build at higher rates, at lower costs and higher quality. # Research and develop concepts for the next generation of aircraft in our family Many of us are specialists in their domains on whom you can rely for help. What you will be doing: - You will create & authorise F&DT/Stress deliverables and lead the resolution of F&DT/Stress problems through the use of appropriate methods - You will support the generation of Aircraft structures that are innovative and offer benefit to existing products and new increments. You will prepare the future product family. - You will contribute to engineering solutions and ways of working borne from experience in aerospace, other industries or research environments. - You will act as a focal point for wing into Engineering F&DT/Stress Authority, Chief Engineers team and Airworthiness Authorities - You will support the development of your team members on both technical and behavioural aspects - You will help to modernise, digitise and revolutionise our product. Required skills :About You: - You bring a wealth of experience and know-how of structures engineering and analytical techniques. - You will have as a minimum, a basic knowledge of overall aircraft structural design principle and techniques. Ideally you will have held signatory in an aspect of structural analysis. - You studied engineering and have a structural analysis background, ideally including fatigue and damage tolerance - You are a fun teammate and enjoy socializing - You are able to step back and propose new ideas - You are naturally curious and fearless of asking 'dumb' questions. You will not be afraid to embrace new methods and particularly the digital revolution. - Working in Airbus implies to working in an international environment, as such you shall be able to communicate easily in English.
