Rygor are recruiting for a motivated and people focused Credit Control Team Leader; to be successful, you will need to have previous credit control experience and show team leader attributes.

As the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be expected to supervise, inspire and monitor the Credit Control Team. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and able to use your own initiative and understand the value of teamwork. You need to be motivated by wanting to help others and the team to achieve their goals.

Skills, experience needed for the role:
  • Previous experience within a finance / credit control environment
  • Proven experience managing / leading a team
  • Good IT skills including Excel and pivot tables
  • Be able to use initiative
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills

Main duties include but not limited to;
  • Manage the Credit Control team daily ensuring all tasks are covered
  • Inspire the team to work together to achieve individual and team targets
  • Motivate the team to work effectively and to a high standard whilst inspiring a positive attitude
  • Monitoring the skills of the team members and deliver training and development
  • Carry out regular one-to-one staff meetings and annual staff appraisals
  • Managing ledger debt and Warranty Account Controller, ensuring all payments are allocated accurately
  • Chasing vehicle debt alongside the salespersons and administrators
