Travel Sales Consultantrequired for the UK's leading and fastest-growing independent niche travel company based in Chester City Centre. Basic of £17,000 rising to £17,500 after probationary period with up to £700 a month commission, making annual on target earnings of up to £25,900.

Travel Sales Consultant will:
  • Act as an ambassador of the company, being first point of contact for all customers when they are calling to discuss their travel arrangements and needs.
  • Converse with customers to understand their needs through effective open questioning techniques and share your product knowledge to assist the customer's plan and book their next holiday.
  • Be responsible for ensuring you maximise all potential sales opportunities on every call whilst ensuring your revenue targets and quality service targets are met.
  • Offer an exceptional customer service experience.

Suitable candidates for this unique Travel Sales Consultant role will have:
  • Experience of working within a sales targeted role.
  • Ideally have proven work experience gained from within the travel industry or call centre sales, however strong candidates from other sectors with a strong track record in achieving sales targets will be considered.
  • An ability to build relationships quickly with new potential customers.
  • A track record in offering unparalleled customer service.
  • Negotiation and cross / switch selling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
