ACCOUNT MANAGER - 3D POS / POINT OF SALE.
Semi-Perm & Perm Displays.
SALARY - £38-45k basic
LOCATION - Berkshire
3D POS - 3D POS experience is essential

OVERVIEW
*To work for a MAJOR GLOBAL CLIENT - a fast growing company with well-known consumer brands.
*To control, manage and ADD VALUE from the initial design brief to in-store launches
*The ideal candidate must be working in 3D POS / POINT OF SALE. Both on Semi-Perm & Permanent Displays.
*Ideal backgrounds can be in 'senior' project management and account management
*Onsite 3 / 4 days week with flex to work from home 1 / 2 days week
*Berkshire region can commute from Surrey, Bucks & Middlesex
*Very good AM level salary bracket - Well recognised Global client

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
*Full responsibility for a sub-brand and all client management that goes with that.
*Based onsite within the client's marketing team at the head office.
*Take briefs from the client and ensure requirements such as spec and critical dates are captured
*Ensure all stakeholders are fully informed at every stage & communicating to all key stakeholders
*Delivering necessary inputs as per communicated project milestones
*Interacting with the project management system
*To manage the day to day requirements and expectations of the client along with providing the correct instructions and implementing processes to see projects through to completion
*Prove project updates at all stages throughout the process
*Develop effective relationships across key client contacts
*Attend and manage design brief meeting, regular project update and meetings
*Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
*Manage day to day operational requirements
*Provide technical input and advice on print/POS projects as required
*Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
*Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients
*Brief suppliers on client requirements
*Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA's
*Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
*Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH's services and pass details on to the client
*Implement new methods and procedures as required
*Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
*Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
*Press passing when required
*Work with Account Director to identify new business opportunities
*Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA's
