The app has since been downloaded over 10 million times globally, and the website sees 5 million monthly web sessions, with savvy shoppers across the world accessing a huge range of money saving deals.As a Team Lead for the Content team you will be responsible for assisting the Content Manager to oversee all areas of the team. The role will include daily checks of uploaded content to ensure we are displaying best-in-market content for our user-base, overseeing audits and alerting the team to any changes needed, carrying out monthly 1-2-1s with team members to track their progress and development, and liaising with relevant departments regularly to keep up to date with the ever changing methods of digital marketing and optimisation, and implementing them within the team.Were a best of "both worlds" kind of company. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?You'll spend time on following:· Daily checks of previous days offer uploads· Pulling daily report of codes not working and allocate to relevant team members· Daily maintenance check of website· Oversee daily audits and identify changes to be made if needed· Work with content team to identify and work on improvements· Carry out 1-2-1s with team members, assist with any extra training, progression or development· Train new team members on all aspects of audit/general admin responsibilities· Work with SEO/BI team to regularly determine best practices for optimisation on site· When needed, support the content team with feeds, banners, affiliate uploads and audits· Help implement new processes into the team and be ready to offer support and guidance· Upload offers when needed, build and maintain affiliate links· Check content is accurate and optimised across vouchercloud, Groupon and Whitelabel sites· Attend weekly meetings with other departments and represent the content team, ensuring any discussions are also looked at from a content perspective· Identify any inconsistencies or bugs within the site and raise with relevant teamsWe are excited if you have:· English - excellent verbal and written communication skills· Ability to manage a team, offer support, guidance and advice· Pro-active attitude towards getting things done· Understanding of affiliate marketing and industry trends· Ability to correct, check, maintain and build affiliate links· Process-driven with sharp attention to detail· Highly organised, with a sharp eye for attention to detail· Confident, with strong interpersonal skills· Ability to remain calm under pressure· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment· The desire for continuous personal improvement· Passion for digital marketing· Proficient user of MS Office and Google SuiteGroupon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Groupon's purpose is to build strong communities through thriving small businesses.
