Our client is well established and respected in the textile sector supplying major retailers throughout the UK designing and importing goods from the Far East.

They also have a strong online business and this team needs a social media savvy Ecommerce Admin Assistant.

You will have good experience of working with Ebay, Amazon platforms and other online retailers and have solid B2B ecommerce experience.You will love working with websites too.

Day to day your role will be:

Delivering outstanding customer service to online and retail customers

Listing quality checks and enhancements with a view to continually improving the customer experience

Listing description and content and updating these

Promoting Brand Awareness across all platforms

Competitor research and commercial analysis

Working closely with the Marketing Team assisting with marketing promotions

Responding to customer queries

Evaluating approaches and strategies to improve website sales

Projects and improvements

Formatting and distributing order forms

Mailings

Reports

You will be a whizz with:

Microsoft Office

Excel

Ebay

Amazon

FTP

Browsers

Basic HTML

Data files

Any you will:

Be a real lover of all social media

A web wizard

Hands on

Self-motivated

Naturally organised

Creative with a high attention to detail

Task driven

Deadline aware

A really good communicator

And an interest in Interior Design will help too!

It's Monday to Friday - 9 to5, 23 days holiday, free parking and a Company Profit Share.
