Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, the PMO will support the IT department with all aspects of Project and Change Request delivery. Tracking and providing administrative support to both external and internal projects and changes, ensuring that established governance processes are followed. Maintenance and update of Project folders and documentation.

Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Project Management / PMO department
Must have experience of project lifecycles based on Prince2 / PMI in a software environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English is essential
Works to a high standard and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance personal performance, process/systems/service improvements within teams
Demonstrates integrity, respect and motivation
Displays willingness, enthusiasm and flexibility to task completion
Pays attention to detail, completes tasks in a timely manner, consistently produces quality outputs
