Salary: £16,009.50 per annum (pro rata) (actual salary £12,380.68)

Hours: 29 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday

Ascenti provides world class treatment and rehabilitation solutions to every patient through highly effective techniques, producing rapid improvement to those suffering from soft tissue and joint injuries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Administration team in Fareham on a permanent contract. We are looking for people who have ideally worked in an office environment previously and possess excellent IT skills, together with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

1. New Instructions
  • Enter Referrals onto system, ensuring the referral meets the correct criteria for the contract & ensuring referral is clearly highlighted if requires urgent attention

2. Initial Assessments
  • Review report completed by therapist & request amendments if necessary
  • Send letter to GP advising how many sessions have been recommended

3. End of Treatment Report
  • Send letter to GP advising of the treatment carried out and physiotherapist comments
  • If Report is recommending further treatment, authorise additional treatment (if appropriate) or submit a request for authorisation from the referring GP

4. Telephone Calls/Correspondence
  • Deal with queries from patients, physiotherapist and GP Surgeries
  • Send Appointment Lists to Surgeries for appointments booked
  • Cancel appointments and dealing with missed appointments
  • Action Email correspondence from patients, physiotherapists and GP Surgeries
  • Book in patients for appointments over the phone
  • Completing Surveys with patients post treatment.

Key skills
  • Confidence with telephonic communication
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Good command of English language, spoken and written
  • Sense of urgency, enthusiasm and drive to meet targets and deadlines
  • Strong IT skills.
