Managing Director - About the role: As the Managing Director you will responsible for the successful leadership and management of giant accounts limited's business. You will be leading, overseeing, evaluating and identifying operational measures and analysing company performance, with the focus towards growth, profits and managing debts to help drive the business forward. A further key focus being the continuous review of policies & procedures. You will have overall management responsibility for a team of Accountants and Client Support Officers by leading, coaching and mentoring your team and supporting their professional development so that they can provide professional financial advice to fee-paying clients who are private individuals or small recruitment agencies. Playing a strategic role you will review and make recommendations for the profitability and growth of the business and be responsible in the financial reporting, preparation and maintenance of accounting records in a timely manner, assist in the preparation and control of operations budgets, training and evaluating the team and updating accounting systems. You will guarantee that the standard operating procedures are current for the seamless running of the department and that all key service and performance standards are met so that clients are completely satisfied with the quality of advice and service being delivered. You will be results orientated and creative with a strong sense of business development skills.
