RTA Team Leader / Senior Personal Injury Lawyer / Solicitor

Job Purpose: Due to continued success and growth, (they beat their yearly targets again!) they're currently looking for an experienced RTA litigator and Team Leader. This role will be to join their Road Traffic Accidents department, managing a caseload while supervising 2/3 junior fee earners. You will have access to both secretarial and paralegal support to help you maximise your fee earning. The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be an experienced RTA Litigator (4 years plus,) who really knows the entire process. Cases will be majority fast track but there will also be some multi track work from high quality non CMC sources. They are looking for a pragmatic and tenacious individual, who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture. A keen litigator who is able to lead their team from the front. The Candidate: Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for their clients People management skills, able to offer strong supervision to juniors Demonstrable experience of dealing with litigated files from inception, through applications and challenges, to trial / disposal hearing Knowledge of Proclaim case management system Working Hours Their standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm What's on offer?
