The role As Delivery Manager you will manage the delivery of a full portfolio of products and digital services, using Agile methodologies. You will be working with digital partners, product owners, user researchers and subject matter experts, during the development, implementation and commissioning of the products and solutions that have user centred design at their heart ensuring we deliver products and services that add value to users. A key responsibility will be to lead a highly skilled multi-disciplined team to deliver the full range of project activities to build and iterate user-centred products and services championing Agile ways of working throughout. Requirements of the role •significant knowledge and experience in using Agile methods and are passionate about user-centred design. • experience managing large scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. • coaching skills to be able to support your team to deliver and encourage them to self-inspect to continually improve their ways of working. • excellent communication skills, be analytical and solution focused to overcome problems and have strong negotiation and persuasion skills. At times the successful candidate will need to be assertive to ensure delivery remains on track and quality outcomes are achieved.
