Job Title: Delivery Program Manager EMEA

Reports to: VP Delivery EMEA

Location: Staines, UK

Duration: Permanent

Experience:

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other IT field.

• 3-5 years technical project management experience in a Consultancy or other Services/System Integrator company,

• Experiencing of delivering complex software solutions, involving global development and 3rd party suppliers

Role responsibilities:

• Acting as a single PM or as part of a team of project managers or as a sole project manager, lead the delivery of Client Video solutions to our Service Provider, OTT operator or media customers. Responsible for ensuring that the project is accepted on time, within the budgeted cost and with quality.

• Responsibility for a customer relationship, from pre-sales through on-boarding to "as-a- Service" (aaS) delivery, developing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and gaining good understanding of customer needs and what is required for their success

• Work as part of the proposal generation team, to generate a compelling proposal for the customer, focused on the services and delivery aspects including identifying the applicable services, generating the cost estimates and timelines, presenting the benefits and positioning relative to the competition

• Work closely with other Client functions, e.g. engineering, product management, Architects, Services to secure resources, agree deliverables and timeframes, manage risks, monitor progress during execution, address any issues.

• Management of 3rd parties: from presales, contract and delivery phases, to ensure they execute successfully.

• Manage and take action to track and control the project costs

• Responsible for upward reporting and customer escalations, ensuring that accurate management information is provided and engagement governance followed

• Escalate appropriate issues for resolution.

• Support sales organisation to win new business, providing customer presentations, quotes, pre-sales material. Build strong relationships with the account teams working with them to win new business and ensuring it aligns to our strategy.

• Influence and negotiate within the organisation to represent the needs of your customer within the organisation
