Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and Recruitment Company are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic in-house Compliance Team. Specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring that contractors are vetted correctly to both Allegis Group and Client requirements, with all relevant checks having been completed prior to the commencement of heir assignment.

By joining our team, you will be working with a fun, dynamic and energetic group of individuals who play a pivotal role in our business and receive excellent training and support.

What you will be doing:
  • Administer, track and manage the full end-to-end compliance process from offer to start date
  • Meet and greet external candidates to assess and collect sensitive onboarding documents
  • Adhere to Allegis Group EMEA and client specific requirements when carrying out necessary background checks (e.g. criminal, educational, employment and credit checks)
  • Issue contracts to candidates
  • Assist the team with external /internal audit requests
  • Attend regular team compliance training sessions
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects when required

What we are looking for:
  • Experience of working within an administration or customer service background
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work to a fast-pace with experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with multiple teams
  • Good sense of humour with an ability to think outside of the box
