My client is looking for a good administrator with excellent customer service skills to support the small close knit Utilities team within this fabulous company.

Based in Welwyn Garden City, this company provide cost saving solutions to businesses across a variety of products. They have over 70 staff both field and office based and they pride themselves not only in the service they provide for their customers but also the investment that they provide to their team of staff. Many of their customers have come in via word of mouth and this is something the company are very proud of.

Principle Responsibilities

·Respond to Customer service queries that have been raised by account managers and resolve the queries within the agreed SLA's

·Liaise with water suppliers and resolve issues within SLA when they occur

·Respond to any general queries that are directed to the team for Water

·Twice a year be part of the supplier rate change process, update systems and brief account management

·Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers

·Complete any adhoc tasks that have been issued by the Utility Customer Service Team Leader

·Composing letters to our customers to confirm contracts and decisions for future contracts.

·Confirming contracts are implemented and dealing with any objections that may occur

·Ensuring terminations are served within the SLA put forth by the supplier.

Requirements

·Highly customer focused

·Very good attention to detail

·Good team player

·Self-motivated

·Target driven

·Very good communication skills both internally and ability to plan and prioritise work load

·Excel proficient

Advantageous but not essential

·Understanding of the Energy Market

·Has utility broker/supplier experience

This is working as part of a small team where planning ahead is almost as important as doing the work.

Salary is £21k - £23k and in addition you will receive up to £2k p/a bonus (£500/quarter)
