Your new company
Based in Glasgow City Centre, our client is recruiting a finance assistant to join their team, on a temporary basis. The contract is likely to last for at least 3 months initially but there is the potential for a permanent role within this large organisation. The location of the role is easily accessible via public transport.

Your new role
Working as part of the finance team, the Finance Assistant will include a variation of responsibilities. Your main duties include but are not limited to; end to end accounts payable processing, raising payments, processing expenses, preparing pre-payments, data entry, reporting for senior management supplier reconciliations and general finance administration.

What you'll need to succeed
Past experience in a finance assistant role will lead you to success. You must have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with other employees and strong attention to detail is necessary to accurately produce financial reports, and for the input of accurate data on their internal systems. You must have previous experience working within a fast paced environment and have experience using ERP systems.
