Salary up to £45,000 000 (dependent on experience) including Bonus and Benefits

40 Hours a week Monday to Friday

We have a brand new opening in our Swansea offices we are looking for an SAP Technical Specialist. To develop and enhance the configuration of SAP

Business Workflow (WF) & the development of ABAP, in ERP/SRM/CRM for Shared Services Arvato.

Primary Responsibilities

    Provide WF & ABAP Application Configuration & Development responsibilities Inc. Migrations & Business as Usual (BAU) Releases.
    Provide advice and recommendations in relation to the upgrades and the deployment of periodic support packs, hot patches and Enhancement Packs (EhP).
    Provide continuous improvement solutions in relation to the core WF & ABAP solutions.
    Provide test support and defect resolution function within ICT Application Lifecycle Management Inc. Migrations & Business as Usual (BAU) Releases.
    Provide guidance, support or development activities to the project team associated with SSA implementations in relation to Configuration Management.
    Provide Level 3 application support function to Live Service.

    Essential: Knowledge / Experience / Skills:

    Detailed SAP knowledge of ABAP, including several of the following areas:

      Functional Modules/BADI's'BAPI's
      Dynamic Programming
      ABAP Web Dynpro (Inc Integration)
      Visual Composer
      Object-Oriented Programming
      Global Classes
      Knowledge and experience of business processes associated with SAP AP and ABAP

      Optional: Knowledge / Experience / Skills:

      Detailed SAP knowledge of SAP WF, including several of the following areas:

        POWL Integration
        Business Object Repository
        Container Elements & Bindings
        Agent Determination
        Deadline Monitoring
        Event Management
        Processing Methods
        Task Definition
        In-depth operational knowledge of Shared Service Centres

        Essential Experience

          WF Template implementations
          ABAP integration implementations
          A successful track record working in WF & ABAP

          Essential Skills

            Develop innovative solutions to complex issues
            Resolve issues quickly and effectively
            Provide advisory services internally and directly to the client
            Adopt new technical skills in order to meet the demands of the ICT function
            Solid customer service orientation
            Exceptional communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and non-technical language
            Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
            Lead on functional presentation/demonstrations internally and directly to the client
