Netbox Recruitment are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner of an award-winning International, Management Software and Solutions Company, who are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with an outstanding consultancy know how.

Basic Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 DOE (OTE year 1 £45,000) (OTE year 2 £60,000) (OTE year 3 £80,000)

Location: Gillingham

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday; 9:00 - 17:00

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful consultative sales team providing business tools, solutions and advice to existing and new customers. The role requires an understanding of our customers business in order to provide the correct solutions; safe in the knowledge that the tools provided are proven to generate significant outcomes and value to our Practices. The first 3 months will be spent learning and participating in group team building exercises.

Key Responsibilities

Bringing to market new solutions which if implemented will change the customers' business making it more efficient and profitable. Use effective questioning methods to uncover needs and articulate a solution. Overcoming objections. Calling existing customers to book consultations and reacting to incoming leads. Collectively making 40 outbound calls per day. Attend 2 trade shows per year to present our technology and network.

Personal Requirements

A consultative approached will be needed in achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales targets. Being confident in qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. Success in qualifying opportunities involving key decision makers. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers. A high level of communication is needed. A self-starter, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm., being able to work individually or as part of a team. Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Happy to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits. Having a high level of integrity with an exceptional work ethic. Experience with customer relationship management software.
