This is an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Team Lead to lead a team supporting users across three main offices. This role will provide hands on support to users as well as act as Team Lead for the team managing day to day delivery of on-site support services.

The role will focus on the delivery of field service and desktop support managing on day to day basis al support issues between the Support Team, Helpdesk Team and end users. Key tasks will include providing hands on 2nd line support, directing and co-ordinating the team delegating task and activities appropriately and day to day leadership of the team.

Suitable candidates will have 2nd line desktop support and proven team leadership experience within a PC desktop environment including Active Directory, Windows 7 &10, Office, Skype, Microsoft Deployment Toolkits. Compliance and SOX Auditing procedures would be highly beneficial.

You will have the ability to provide a high level of customer service with excellent client/user communication skills. Experience of delivering technology projects would be highly desirable
