The fundamental function of this role is to win and then retain relationships with higher education institutions. In addition to this the successful applicant will be required to create b2b corporate partnerships with organisations who want to take advantage of the companies rich and varied learning opportunities for their staff. This will be a role that involves a high volume of face to face sales with senior decision makers in both educational and corporate institutions. Through relationships with higher education institutions all over the country, this company provide bespoke learning aids which include, eBooks, textbooks, online tutorials and workshops. The company are looking for an experienced salesperson/BDM who knows how to win and maintain business and wants to be part of a prestigious and internationally recognised company Responsibilities of the Regional Development Manager: Winning new client relationships with educational institutions and corporate companies Identifying opportunities to improve sales figures Maintaining existing and new client relationships to maximise performance For the Regional Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: 2-5 years b2b sales experience Experience within the high education or training sector (desirable not essential) Passionate and energetic approach work Benefits of the Regional Development Manager position: £35-40k base salary A realistic OTE of +25% Company healthcare & pension scheme BMS Performance have spent years building strong relationships with leading B2B companies.
