If so this may be the role for you.

Our client are currently looking for somebody to join their Cancellations and Accounts department. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the cancellations diary. You will process client files ensuring best practice is adhered to across the business. You will also assist the accounts department where necessary.

Main duties will include:
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email regarding the cancellation of their policy.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers in a professional friendly manner.
  • Accurately cancelling policies on in house systems as well as cancelling direct debits.
  • Checking invoice details and insuring invoices are paid.
  • Accurately allocating payments to clients.
  • Chasing default payments and non-receipt payments within agreed time frames.
  • Managing the accounts diary and ensuring it is up to date.

The successful candidate will be a self motivated and enthusiastic team player who can be proactive in looking for cost savings. You will possess a strong attention to detail and able to work accurately even when faced with tight deadlines.
