The Liverpool Recruitment Company currently is looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator.
The hours of work are 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
General Responsibilities:
* Bank reconciliations and downloading payments and receipts
* Support to management and staff on finance/admin related issues
* Reconciliation of balance sheet
* Sales ledger invoicing and reconciliation
* Expenses analysis including identifying trends
* Allocation of funds received
* Verification of bank details ensuring this is aligned to the financial control framework
* Assisting the Finance Director in ensuring compliance with financial procedures across the department
* Process day-to-day financial transactions
* Maintaining client accounts
* Managing the cash flow of the company, and use it strictly
What you'll need to success:
* AAT qualified
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Computer literate in Sage account, Excel and Microsoft Office package
* Strong reconciliation experience
* Understanding of VAT complexities
* Good time management and communication skills
