Page Personnel are recruiting a brand new Transactional Finance Manager for a stable, well established and friendly organisation in Swadlincote. You will be provided with an opportunity to put your stamp on the transactional finance function through bringing in and implementing your own ideas, processes and procedures.

The Transactional Finance Manager will be reporting into the Head of Finance, and duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing, supporting and developing a team of 3, who are responsible for purchase ledger, sales ledger, debt recovery and outsourced payroll
Driving process improvement for the transactional functions.
Analyse and report on financial information
Manage the payroll relationship with the outsourced payroll provider
Carry out an annual review of fees and charges, which will include analysis
Advising the organisation on issues relating to payroll, debt, cash and insurance
Preparing the annual budget for insuranceProfile

To apply for this role do not need experience of all of the above duties, but you will:

Understand the purchase ledger and sales ledger functions
Understand a balance sheet
Have previous experience of supervising / managing a team
Be an effective communicator
Have good organisational skills
