Structures Engineer

A Structures Engineer is required to work on a twelve-month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Brough.

This is a 12-month contract with a leading UK defence company.

Overview of the Structures Engineer contract role

The main area of knowledge required to perform the job is Structural Engineering. A thorough understanding of general theories and applications of several aspects of that area is required.

You will be working with some aspects of airframe engineering, design engineering, project/programme management, quality, test engineering, aerodynamics.
Knowledge of several aspects of IT/computing and manufacturing.Key skills required for the Structures Engineer

The job holder typically requires an honours degree or equivalent professional qualifications in terms of formal education
Extensive Structures Engineering experience within Aerospace
