Our client, a high achieving and prestigious organisation is currently recruiting for a Admissions and Marketing Co-ordinator.

This is a dual aspect and varied role involving both administration and marketing duties and is a pivitol role in the organisation helping promote it's services worldwide.

The Role

Marketing - to assist in raising the visibility of the organisation by taking part in an effective marketing and communications plan with a view to:

* Raising the profile of the organisation and promoting as a whole to internal and external audiences.
* Publicising the strengths of the organisation via Social media channels and blogs etc.
* Prepare marketing and protional campaigns to recruit relevant students
* Assist in design of marketing publications as well as management and updating of the website
* Write draft of the regular newsletter
* Develop market intelligence and strategy

Admissions - to assist in the admissions process by:

* Liaising with agents, parents and potential students regarding their admissions tests, entry requirements, offers, fees, availability of courses, etc.
* Liaising with the senior team regarding newly recruited students and their subject and accommodation requirements.
* Send out and collate pre-arrival information for students
* To perform admissions duties as needed

The Ideal Candidate

* will have relevant work experience in marketing
* an undergraduate degree level qualification
* Previous work in an educational environment is desirable
* ability to write well in relation to blogs and newsletters
* a sound knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel, as well as capably work with databases, CRM systems
* have excellent communication skills - both oral and written - as well as a keen eye for detail.
* demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines, and plan meticulously (schedules, overseas trips).

Skills in presentation are also a desirable quality for the successful candidate, as well as a passion for languages, culture and travel. Some knowledge of the UK and International education systems overseas would be advantageous.

In this role you must be adaptable, a team-player as well as possessing a friendly, outgoing and helpful disposition.
