Long term temporary (c6 months) Purchase Ledger Administrator required for a busy team within a leading independent business in Dartford. It's a great role as not only is the team extremely friendly, it's a dynamic environment with a fast paced varied work load. The role will have responsibility for posting purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, processing payments.

Detailed duties of the Purchase Ledger Administrator include;
  • Distribute purchase invoices for approval
  • Post invoices to finance system/matching to purchase order or nominal code
  • Reconciling statements
  • Producing remittance advices
  • Processing payments on Bank Line
  • Checking BACS run ensuring suppliers are paid the correct amount
  • Filing remittance advices

In terms of experience, we need from the Purchase Ledger Administrator;

  • Relevant purchase ledger experience
