A job as a part time School Support Assistant Administrator has arisen at a GOOD school in Central Bristol. Required from the beginning of September 2019. An enthusiastic, suitably skilled Administrative Assistant, preferably with previous experience of working in a school environment and with knowledge of finance systems and procedures, to join the dedicated staff team at this vibrant school.

Your new role

A part-time administration job has arisen, based in Bath. The School are looking to recruit a Student Support Assistant for 7.5 hours a week, term time only. The hours will be 12.15pm - 1.45pm Monday - Friday, although this could be subject to change depending on the needs of the School. You will be reporting to the Deputy Headteacher, the primary purpose of this post is to safely supervise the students during the lunchtime break to ensure their safety and good behaviour during this period. The post holder will also help to clear up after lunch, including wiping tables and clearing litter. The successful candidate will be friendly but assertive, punctual and reliable, be able to work alone and be willing to work in all weather conditions.

Be willing to work in all weather conditions. To be flexible and willing to work hours to support the School timetable. The post holder is required to carry out such duties as are required and as are commensurate with the grade of the post and as requested by the Deputy Headteacher. You will at times have access to information of a confidential nature and it is essential that the successful applicant is aware of the need for discretion. You will always carry out his/her duties and responsibilities with due regard to the Governors' support of and commitment to Equal Opportunities Policies. References will be requested.
