I am currently recruiting for 6 immditaley available candidates to join my client at the beginning of October initially for 1 month. In the event of a hard BREXIT on 31st October these roles are likely to extend.

The Opportunity:

These role will sit within the customs product structure and will focus on customs clearance activities supporting the client network and standalone customs business.

Whilst BREXIT is a challenge these opportunties may act as a first step either into an office role or or back into the working world.

Key Tasks:

The main tasks involved in the role will include:
* Communication - both internally with other colleagues and also with our customer base
* Preparation of documentation for the customs process including Imports / Exports / special procedures and Frontier declarations.
* Quality compliance checking of entries and transmission of those entries to HMRC system
* Ability to problem solve and work with a team and customers team will be critical
* Ability to work in a team or as an individual as required.
* Requirement to be flexible, as shift patterns both early & late will be required and also potential to cover weekend activities, as per structure setup.


* Good understanding of process requirements will be key
* Use of technology include MS programs
* High degree of communication both with internal stakeholders and customers
* Customs knowledge would be of benefit however training will be provided
