Due to an increase in headcount on our projects in West Yorkshire, we will be running a registration & assessment centre in Leeds on 18th and 19th September

Role overview:

You will be dealing with a variety of complaints, where you will be responsible for the customer's end-to-end journey through the complaint handling process.
  • Location: Leeds/Halifax - you must be flexible
  • Shift Pattern: TBC - However you must be flexible for either early or late shifts
  • Rate: £140 per day
  • Start date: October 2019
  • Duration: End of December 2019 - with a view to extend

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong complaint Handling experience
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail
  • Must be responsible for managing own time effectively, including the prioritisation and organisation of tasks
