Fancy the responsibility of taking a lead role within the client services team. Supporting the Business Unit Director and guiding other Account Managers?

You will be submerged into the wonderful world of digital and as a Senior Account Manager, you'll be exposed to it all.

From capturing requirements, managing budgets and facilitating the delivery of enterprise level projects. You'll attend client meetings to understand their business and the challenges they face in order to propose and present new ideas and initiatives. You'll establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Am I the right person for the job?
  • First and foremost, you will be a digital account manager who can handle responsibility and deliver real digital insight and solutions. A good grip on, and real interest in, the technology behind the web is a must.
  • You manage web projects working on multiple projects at any one time, with experience of multiple methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills
  • You're Bright, motivated and driven, with the motivation to lead by example
  • You enjoy a fast-paced digital agency environment and have the knowledge and experience to compile and produce reports, project plans, objectives, KPIs for your clients and senior members of staff
  • Ability to speak with confidence on digital technologies and digital marketing techniques, naturally maximising revenue and account profitability is a given
