Job Title: Case Manager (Re-mortgage)
Location: Hepworth House, Leeds
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Start Date: Throughout November / December
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

We're looking for individuals who have fantastic case handling/management skills to join our Remortgage team in Hepworth House Leeds. This role is within a firm providing legal services, but we don't need you to have a legal qualification, we are looking for candidates who can operate in a regulated environment, with diligence and still provide amazing customer outcomes.

So, what can I expect?

Good question. Depending on experience and knowledge, we will expect you to be able to carry out all the elements of processing a remortgage case from opening of the file to registration of a mortgage. We expect that you will take ownership of your cases and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll be expected to adhere to regulatory requirements and role model Capita behaviours and Values. Where you have previous knowledge and training, we will expect you to support other fee earners and address the additional complex elements which arise within remortgage cases.

We will train you on the processes and legal elements required and will support you while you progress your career with us, whether you begin with very little exposure to remortgaging or are already experienced in conveyancing.

You have experience of case handling / case management, possibly including managing complex files, gained working in a client facing environment
Your passion for customer experience means you do whatever it takes to look after your customers, even the difficult ones
You're a flexible and adaptable team player who embrace technology and change and thrives in a fast-paced environment while working to targets
You have a confident outgoing personality and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients be it in person, over the phone or in written communicationWe'd like you to have first class organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and use your initiative. You'll also need to be proficient using MS Office packages, including Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience working in a re-mortgage department would be the icing on the cake, with Property legal skills an added advantage.
