This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to work within a friendly, successful organisation based in Bracknell. You will be responsible for the overall management of all Payroll and Compensation functions. The role offers excellent benefits and flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and administer all payroll functions and complete pay run
  • Act as point of contact for all payroll and compensation enquires
  • Support implementation of new Payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Lead all efforts around compensation and payroll from design and development

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience managing payroll
  • Experience using Ceridian software is desirable
  • Experience implementing new software/system is desirable
  • Able to work well independently and within the wider team
