Hours of work 9am (on-site) to 5.30pm

Formed in 2003, ITS Digital is a company based in Hertford with customers ranging from home, business to NHS. We have a close working team of engineers and support staff and pride ourselves on our customer relationships.

Due to recent growth into North & Central Bedfordshire, we are looking for a number of keen and committed individuals to join our friendly IT support team. These positions will be based on customer sites across the county.

The ideal applicant is someone who enjoys IT in general, works well in a team and has a keen willingness to develop and learn new skills. The role will involve working face-to-face with customers so good communication skills and politeness is highly important.

THE ROLE

These roles will consist primarily of troubleshooting and repairs on NHS sites and that of small-to-medium businesses. We believe that support starts at the helpdesk so are keen to avoid as many printer jam visits as possible! Calls are logged and remote fixes applied where possible, ensuring engineers are only sent when required. Successful applicants will be expected to solve various workstation and printer issues within Windows 10/8/7 environments, Office suite configuration and applications associated with NHS/public sector organisations. The senior positions will expand on this, covering basic server troubleshooting, networking diagnosis and more. On-site training and support is provided to all engineers.

All posts at ITS Digital are subject to a 6 month probation period with standard contract and terms being provided after this period.

ITS Digital also run a company pension plan that qualifies for auto-enrolment. Employees will be automatically enrolled at the start of June.

In addition, employees are enrolled in our employee health insurance plan after their first year of employment.

The holiday entitlement is 28 days including bank holidays accrued over the calendar year.
