A financial planning practice are seeking a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator on a full-time or reduced days basis.

My client is made up of a small friendly team located near Shirly, Solihull. Parking is available.

Their vacancy will hold the following duties.


Primary duties;

Supporting financial planner providing support on administration and client matters.

Administering new business submissions

Adviser meeting preparation

Regular use of provider platforms and services

Preparation of client correspondence

General administrative duties

Meet and greet clients on arrival to office


Applicant requirements;

Financial Services experience essential supporting IFA's or Financial Planners

Knowledge of submitting pensions and investments preferred

Excellent administrative skills

Friendly and approachable

Team player who is comfortable working in a small team

Well organised

Good IT leteracy and word processing skills


Salary £21,000 - £25,000
