We focus on building technology enabled and agile operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth.ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and aboveBe involved in the financial management of clientsBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsContribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumenDevelop strategies to solve complex technical challengesAssist in the management and delivering of large projectsTrain, coach, and supervise staffKeep up to date with local and national business and economic issuesContinue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brandAdditional ResponsibilitiesIdentification and addressing of client needs,Team leadership,Ability to help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing,Collaborating and contributing as a team leader,Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks; researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters and utilizing problem-solving skills,Coaching and collaborating with peers who assist with this work, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance,Participating in and leading multiple concurrent projects,Experience working with both Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.What you should possess: 7-10 years in related work experience in Technology Strategy , IT Architecture , IT Governance and Enterprise packaged software integration.Able to provide guidance and recommendations on project direction such as setting priority of work packages, resource allocation, and work package scheduling.Interface with various streams such as project management, business stream and other project members on a regular basis.Ability to identify upcoming solution related risks, provide options and recommendations to address risks to the project leadership.Advise and/or develop blueprints and implementation roadmaps that align technology investments with critical business priorities, while accounting for key risks and compliance issues.Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities / projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building consensusAdvise and/or develop technology governance models and processesArchitecture, design and development of enterprise technology solutions, including information management, infrastructure and applicationsUnderstanding of relevant cloud solution offerings e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaSInvolved in full-cycle Enterprise packaged integration projects (such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, Supply Chain decision support tools, Business Intelligence)Understanding of mid-market industries and how to successfully communicate with key stakeholdersITIL, TOGAF certifications would be an asset*Please note that this is a pro-active posting and qualified candidates will be contacted once a position is officially confirmed.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsUp to 40%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End DatePwC is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of the communities we serve.
