Excellent opportunity for a client-facing and commercially-focused candidate who ideally has worked in a busy Sales office, and is happy to do both Customer Service tasks and proactive sales relationship building with their customer base. SAP and Chemicals industry experience would be a great advantage but not essential.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator / Customer Services to join our team in Stanley Green, Wilmslow.
In this varied and challenging role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service by dealing effectively with customer queries, being able to build strong customer relationships, handling customer orders and working as a real team player with all functions of the business.
We Are Looking For:
A dedicated customer service professional. It is essential that you have drive and determination and are self-motivated enough to ensure that you succeed in the sales and customer service arena. You will be enthusiastic, a quick thinker and you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You must be numerate and have a reasonable understanding of MS Office packages such as Word and Excel. Highly organised, you will be capable of planning and prioritising your workload efficiently and you will excel when working in a pressured environment. A B2B customer service / sales office / client account management background is essential. Experience of SAP would be advantageous.
Sales Coordinator / Customer Services Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
+ Helping identify sales opportunities and building relationships
+ Fully appreciate the requirements of our new and existing customers
+ Develop relationships with customer, building customer loyalty and trust
+ Be responsive to new sales opportunities and ensure these are handled efficiently and effectively
+ Provide excellent customer service and develop profitable sales
+ Identify where we can add value to the business by developing additional products and volume
+ Process orders successfully and accurately
+ Handle any Customer Complaints in line with company process including investigation and resolution where necessary
