Working within the IM Division, you will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with channel Retail teams to maximise sell out potential in all touch points. You will work closely with your team to inspire, coach and develop self and others to top level results. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients mobile brand in retail is best in class.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

Build relationships with Channel Field Teams to support required and channel targets
Influence the business and Head Office to support Operational Excellence and drive performance
Develop a high performing team
Recruit and train best in class ADMs into role.
Share best practise with Retail Development Manager colleagues whist communicating effectively
To build a consistent brand experience in stores (formulate a process structure and templates to ensure consistent and efficient execution).
Assist product teams in delivering instore executions for key products to a high brand standard
Identify issues and find solutions before problems arise
Ensure the team understand and demonstrate our client values and lead by example

Support ongoing Company Sales initiatives and execute to a high standard at all times
Look after merchandising team to ensure best in class retail training and execution for all products
Ensure Training is executed to a high standard at all times

To be successful in this role you ideally have:

Experience in multisite field based management or a strong single site performance history
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good analytical skills with Management Information and systems knowledge
Commercial acumen to spot opportunities
Experience of developing team to build strong internal succession
Urgency to deal with underperformance
Evidence of performance management
Ability to coach and improve personal and business performance.
Ability to influence and implement change
Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance in Divisional business plans
