My Nottingham based client are looking for an Account and Maintenance Admin Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Working Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00, starting as soon as possible.

My client specialise in providing a range of supported living services, accommodation for semi-independent looked after people from the age of 16+.

Duties would include, but will not be limited to:

Finance duties-

- Dealing with remittances

- Chasing late/outstanding payments

- Creating invoices

- Managing petty cash

- Assisting in payroll

- Assistant in Sage

- Filing & folder management

Maintenance duties -

- Managing tenancy start & end

- Managing maintenance expenses

- Changing gas and electric suppliers where required

This position is classed as a Junior position and would suit someone looking to develop their career in accounts but with some experience in accounts and admin. My client are also offering training in an Accounting Qualification to the successful candidate.

Candidate criteria:

- A background in accounts and administration

- Organised and with good communication skills

- Flexible and happy to assist in other departments where required
