A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join My clients fast growing organisation, as an integral part of their Senior Management Team.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Healthcare Director and working with an established management team, the Regional Operations Manager will implement best practice in nursing care, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout the Company, compliant with the statutory requirements of Local Authorities.

The Ideal Person
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' management experience in nursing homes. Previous leadership experience across a multi-site Care Home organisation is desirable. The Regional Operations Manager will support the existing Senior Management Team to provide leadership in achieving both clinical and operational excellence in our Care Homes across the south.

My client is flexible in the location of the post holder, however you must be willing to travel to all sites as required.

As Regional Operations Manager, your duties will include:

Being an ambassador for the Company, reflecting the Company's values by positively influencing colleagues at all levels, and encouraging reflective practice and a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Exercising strong practice leadership to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company quality and policy requirements through auditing and review visits
Ensuring the homes operate within the companies specified parameters and financial efficiencies.
Motivating, monitoring and coaching Home Managers to ensure they are supporting their teams to delivering the highest standard of care in line with the company's values.
Developing, managing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in regards to complaints and incidents.In carrying out these functions, you are expected to:

Engage at all times transparently, openly and in the interests of the company
Adhere to the strictest standards of governance, including confidentiality, record keeping and GDPR compliance
Ensure the maintenance of professional standards of care within relevant Codes of Professional Practice.
As required by the Healthcare Director, attend internal and external meetings, at all times representing the regional operations management function in a professional, positive and proactive manner.Salary & Benefits
