Salary range: £17,822 - £19,164 + benefits + overtime

We are recruiting talented Residential Support Workers for our young adults' 4 bed homes (age range 19-25 years old) at our site in Cheadle Hulme.

Experience in a care setting is preferred, however we can consider life experience, and if you share our values, and want to make a real difference, then we would like to hear from you!

• These active roles will involve providing daily care and support for our young people including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities
• Some challenging behaviours may present, so candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment
• Flexibility over 7 days is required
• GCSE English and Maths (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy is a requirement for these positions
• We will support your development by enrolling you onto the QCF Level 3 Children's & Young People's Workforce Diploma as well as lots of other benefits and excellent holidays!
