Reporting to: Sales Director

Salary £32,000.00 Per Annum

We are an established and very successful O2 Franchise operating a number of retail stores. We are looking to recruit an ambitious, dynamic and talented area manager to manage 6 stores in the Oxfordshire and Hampshire area

Job Purpose

Take ultimate responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the stores in the area, providing direction and leadership for all store colleagues to maximize sales and profit of the store, whilst delivering exceptional customer service within an agreed business plan.

Skills and Knowledge required

·Experience of progressive responsibility in retail store operations, with successful multiunit specialty store responsibility.

·A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organisational development history.

·Demonstrated experience in successful rollout and implementation of area-wide store presentation, sales, operating discipline, and communications initiatives.

·Revenue and profit-making orientation.

·Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change. Track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result.

Requirements

Minimum GCSE in Maths and English required

full valid UK manual driving licence

Must live or be willing to relocate to the Hampshire/Oxfordshire area
