Experienced Schools SIMs Administrator required for a long term role in St Helen's

I am currently working in partnership with a large Primary School in St Helen's to recruit an experienced SIMs administrator

Your new company
Working for a large Primary School in St Helens town centre you will work alongside an experienced School Business Manager and together provide a comprehensive administrations and facilities management service to school. It is a warm and welcoming school were all staff work hard to provide a creative and stimulating environment for children to learn

Your new role
In your new role you work in busy school office with varied administrations tasks to completed on a daily basis. Working alongside the the School Business Manager your daily duties will include:
  • First point of contact to all visitors to school
  • Answering the telephone and responding to general enquiries
  • Updating Pupil information on the SIMs database including attendance
  • Running daily and weekly reports using SIMS
  • General office administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within a busy school office and experience of SIMs. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
