Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for work in Nottingham city centre? Are you looking for a new permanent role offering flexible working hours AND enhanced holiday? If so, read on!

This role consists of a combination of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties working in a friendly, medium sized team where duties will include

- Checking and inputting invoices on CRM
- Multi - entity processing of transactions
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Resolutions of any Purchase Ledger queries
- Processing expenses
- Deal with any sales ledger enquirers
- Raising invoices and posting payments received.

The ideal candidate will be willing to make an active contribution to the improvement of the department and the organisation, will be confident on IT and will have strong Excel skills. Previous relevant experience is essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a calm manner

The salary is £18-19,000 dependent on experience, the hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch. You must have a minimum of 1 years recent purchase ledger / sales ledger experience to be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity that can offer progression for a determined and hard working candidate.
