Excellent part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk position!!!

Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a long term temporary accounts receivable clerk for a manufacturing company on the outskirts of east Nottinghamshire.

Your new role

In your new role as accounts receivable clerk you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable daily cash receipts and contacting customers for outstanding payments (B2B) creating customer accounts. You will be required to send out sales invoices and raise manual invoices and credit notes. You will be responsible for posting inter company cash, managing credit limits and other ad hoc duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant accounts receivable/sales ledger or credit control experience. You will need to be immediately available as this is a long term temporary assignment (for up to 12 months). You will need to be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. This is a part time role (4 days per week) and you may need to flexible if they require a 5th day to be worked.
