My client, who is a leading manufacturer has an exciting and progressive opportunity to join their Customer Support team!

The company is based at the prestigious I54 and due to their exciting future plans now is the best time to join them!

If you have previous experience within a Customer Service and a Strong Administrator then this is an excellent role for you !

Daily duties include

• Build and maintain relationships

• Incoming calls

• Process sales orders on the same day of receipt, checking stock status and delivery dates, prices, margins and part codes to avoid any errors

• Communicating all potential stock outs to customers as soon as possible

• Liaise with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure stock issues and back orders are dealt with promptly and ensure customers are kept up to date of progress.

• Inform customers of our delivery policy, boxed quantities and minimum order value, upselling when orders are below the minimum order value.

• Liaise with the finance team regarding customer credit limits, on stop status, payments etc

• Ensure customer queries, credits and returns are processed via the appropriate system (concern, intranet, returns module etc.) as quickly as possible.

• Log customer complaints via saleforce.com

Hours of work is 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm are the opening hours
